Club Scene Network's management is comprised of experienced entrepreneurs and business professionals from various industries. Our management team possesses a wealth of functional experience in startup companies, public markets, the marketing of emerging products / services / technologies, strategic partnering, professional services and corporate finance.

Brett H. Pojunis, Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and President. Brett H. Pojunis is the founder of Club Scene Network, Inc. and has been Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President since the Company’s inception in October of 2003. Mr. Pojunis is co-Founder and Director of XYZ Media Corp, a diversified entertainment corporation specializing in unique content creation and immense online content distribution through its portfolio of interactive channels. Mr. Pojunis is founder of DealGuys.net, an exclusive social network where “Deal Guys” can connect, recommend and present opportunities to each other. From 2001 until July 2005, Mr. Pojunis was the Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of The Liquid Consulting Group, Inc., a full service investor and public relations boutique firm that has been a financial consultant to a number of companies, some of which were involved in Internet related businesses. From 1999 until May 2007, Mr. Pojunis was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Liquid Design Group, a web development and graphic design outsourcing firm with offices in Indian as well as the United States. From 1998 until 2000 Mr. Pojunis was the Director of Corporate Finance for BuySellA2Z.Com. There he successfully raised the first round of capital, and assisted in the second round. Along with raising money, Mr. Pojunis was involved in the national marketing campaign to create brand awareness in the company's niche of CSP's (Commerce Service Providers). Mr. Pojunis have been a consultant to many start-up companies including high tech Internet to traditional Brick and Mortar companies. Mr. Pojunis resides on the Board of Directors of 4 public companies, 3 private companies and 2 organizations. Mr. Pojunis also has military training ranging from Civil Affairs Specialist (38A) to Combat Engineer (12B). While in the US ARMY he was awarded the Outstanding American award twice, the second time with honorable mention. Mr. Pojunis studied International Business and Finance at Green Mountain College and Entrepreneurship classes at the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester. Mr. Pojunis also attended elective classes at Rochester Institute of Technology.

 

David B. Martin, Director and Consultant. Mr. Martin was appointed to the Board of Directors of Club Scene Network, Inc in November of 2007. Mr. Martin is currently Vice President of Sales at Infor, Inc., managing Western North America for Infor's Human Capital Management products. Mr. Martin joined Infor as part of Infor’s $230 Million acquisition of Workbrain in May of 2007. Mr. Martin joined Workbrain in 2003. While at Workbrain, from 2003-2007, Mr. Martin helped to increase annual revenue from $8 to $90 Million per year, with a focus on selling into the Retail and Hospitality industries. From 2001-2002 Mr. Martin held sales leadership positions at Recruitsoft and Lawson software. From 1997 to 2000, Mr. Martin was Region Sales Manager at Peoplesoft. During his tenure, Peoplesoft grew from 1500 employees to over 8000 and revenue of over $2Billion. Prior to Peoplesoft, Mr. Martin was with InPower from 1992-1997. Mr. Martin joined InPower as a Research and Development Manager managing the client-server technology development. Mr. Martin was with the company through growth from 20 employees to over 500 employees. Throughout his tenure, Mr. Martin wore several hats including leadership roles in R&D, Services and Sales. From 1988-1992, Mr. Martin was a consultant with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) where he provided strategic and technology consulting services. Mr. Martin is a graduate of James Madison University holding a Bachelors of Business Administration with a minor in Psychology.

 

Paul B. Johnson, Director. Mr. Johnson was appointed to the Board of Directors of Club Scene Network, Inc in June of 2005. Mr. Johnson specializes in designing and directing the implementation of new and innovative business strategies and in recruiting the best talent to develop and grow businesses. Over the past 20 years his companies have created major innovations in rapid business development strategies, knowledge management, and software interface design. Mr. Johnson is President of Homeland Safety International, Inc. (OTCBB: HSFI) and is responsible for the strategic planning and business development for the Company. In addition, he sits on the Board of Directors of LifeStyle Innovations (OTBC: LFSI), USN Corporation (OTBC: USNR), and serves as an executive consultant to several developing companies in the Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX area. Mr. Johnson is an active participant in strategic planning and business development in each of these companies. Over the past 15 years he has founded seven technology-related companies, the largest of which was Multimedia Learning, Inc. (ranked 154th on the "Inc. 500" in 1996). From 1991-1998, Mr. Johnson served as CEO of Multimedia Learning, Inc. Mr. Johnson is a graduate of City College of New York and is a veteran of the Vietnam war.

 

Pavlos Michael Francis, Director and Consultant. Mr. Francis was appointed to the Board of Directors of Club Scene Network, Inc in June of 2005. Mr. Francis most recently launched Mood in L.A. and B.E.D. Atlanta. Mr. Francis is also currently consulting for several entertainment based corporations. Mr. Francis modeled through University as well as acted in several television series and movies. Upon graduation, he moved to South Beach where he continued working as a model for industry powerhouses; Versace and Hugo Boss. Simultaneously, he began his employment as the front man for China Grill management under the tutelage of Jeffery Chodorow which would bring him to New York, Los Angeles, London, and Las Vegas. A few of the respective properties included; China Grill/Miami, Delano/Miami, Red Square/Miami, Asia de Cuba/New York/Los Angeles/London, Mandalay Bay Hotel/Las Vegas (rum jungle, Red Square, China Grill, MIX). Pavlos attributes much of his success to the mentor ship of Chodorow and being granted the opportunity to work in collaboration with Ian Schrager and Randi Gerber. "Working under the hottest restaurateur, hotel and bar operator...a gift...I was able to work with the best in their respective industries at their respective peaks; simultaneously, under one roof at close to a dozen properties." Currently, Pavlos just finished his first novel; a surrealistic tragedy examining the struggle between love and fear told through a love story. Mr. Francis graduated from Jacksonville University with degrees in Psychology, Business, Communications, English and a minor in Theater in 1993.

 

Paul Martin, Director. Mr. Martin was appointed to the Board of Directors of Club Scene Network, Inc in March of 2006. Mr. Martin is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of DIGSOUND Inc. (OTCBB: DGSU) since its inception in October of 2004. Paul founded this company that has developed a new licensing strategy for composers of musical content. Using new technologies Mr. Martin, pioneered the development of VR24/7 an automated digital platform that distributes content to broadcasters while verifying and protecting the use of their copyright. Paul has over 10 years experience in the Production music business and has licensed thousands of tracks to hundreds of stations worldwide. Most recently, he held the positions of Director of TV Syndication for Groove Addicts an LA based Music Production House. Here he was responsible for bringing in new clients and producing music for NBC, Telemundo and Rogers Television Canada. Prior to that he held the position as West Coast Director of Sales for Frank Gari and Gari Communications where he created millions in publishing revenue by licensing and producing music to television markets worldwide. Paul began his music career as Regional Manager for Tuesday Productions where he syndicated jingles to the radio and advertising industries. Mr. Martin graduated from Miami University with a bachelor in Arts and Political Science.

 

Jag Gujral, Director. Mr. Gujral was appointed to the Board of Directors of Club Scene Network, Inc in June of 2005. An entrepreneur and business leader with significant experience in the food and beverage industry. Mr. Gujral's most recent accomplishment is being the founder of Fusion Coffee a functional coffee available in 15 different healthy infused varieties. With distribution in North America and parts of Asia he has strong International connections in the food and beverage industry throughout Shanghai, Taipei and Hong Kong as well as significant connections in India and North America. Mr. Gujral looks forward to teaming up with Club Scene Network in a co-branding marketing campaign throughout all of Club Scene's territories. Mr. Gujral is a graduate of the British Columbia Institute of Technology with a major in International Trade and Finance.
